Tiger Senior Apartments includes one building containing 42 rental units for seniors age 55 and older.
The historic former Paris High School has been transformed into efficient studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Each unit is unique to the design of the original building including tin ceilings, original terrazzo & hardwood floors, built-in shelves, and more. We offer secured-key entry with security cameras throughout our smoke-free facility. We also have a fitness center, laundry facility, common areas, outdoor courtyards, community room with kitchen and library. Tiger Senior is walking distance to restaurants, convenient stores, a public library and churches.
Unit amenities include Energy Star rated refrigerator, range and microwave. There are one-, two-, and three-bedroom units arranged in groups of two and four units per building.
