Vote YES for the Workers’ Rights Amendment

The WORKERS’ RIGHTS AMENDMENT is the FIRST thing on your ballot.

It will guarantee the right of workers to bargain for safe working conditions, fair pay, and benefits.

That includes putting patient care ahead of profit, construction workers being able to speak out about a safety issue, and people being able to negotiate for a fair wage for their hard work.

It will stop politicians from taking away workers’ freedom to join together and negotiate with their employers.
